We hope that you enjoyed your vacation. To redeem your Gift Card Reward, within 7 days of returning from your vacation, please complete and mail the following redemption form.

Please follow the instructions below:

1) Fill in your name, address, BidOnMyTrip userid, and request number.
2) Please enter the correct amounts for the cost paid for your most recent trip.
3) Attach the required documents
4) Sign the form and place the completed form in an envelope, add proper postage and send to:

GIFTCARD REWARDS TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Offer valid for US and Canadian customers only. Inorder to qualify for a Gift Card Reward, customer has seven (7) calendar days from the final date of the trip segment specifically purchased from an agent, as a result of an offer placed by the agent to the customers request. Redemption date shall be determined based on the post mark for the appropriate postal service. Late submissions will not be honored and will not be returned.

Allow 4-8 weeks for processing. Rewards Service Center is not responsible for late, incomplete, lost, illegible, mutilated, misdirected or postage-due mail. Customer account must be in “good standing” as determined by the Rewards Service Center in its sole discretion, to receive Gift Card Reward. The giftcard value will be calculated as 1% of the total pretax value of the trip segment specifically purchased and reported to by the customer on BidOnMyTrip.com. We reserve the right to substitute a check for a gift card if for any reasn the gift card selection is unavaoilable at the time of processing. LIMIT ONE REDEMPTION PER REQUEST ID. THIS OFFER MAY NOT BE COMBINED WITH ANY OTHER OFFERS. ALL SUBMISSIONS ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION. INCOMPLETE, INACCURATE OR UNVERIFIED SUBISSIONS WILL NOT BE HONORED OR RETURNED.
